We’ve temporarily taken our PHP-based websites and panels offline following the announcement of two critical vulnerabilities in PHP itself.

There’s still limited confirmed information about the exact conditions needed to exploit these issues, so we’ve taken the precaution of blocking access while we wait for the security updates.

Patches are due later this afternoon. Once the updated packages are available from our software providers, we’ll apply them across the affected systems, check everything is working and restore access.

We know losing access to the websites and panels is inconvenient, but we’d rather take a short interruption now than leave these systems exposed while the details are still being confirmed.
