Maintenance ended

This has been fully completed and my monitoring period has finished

We’ll be carrying out planned maintenance on both of our core switches on 22/05/2025 between 7:00am and 8:00am UK time.

The work is to update how our core switches handle active-active routing between the core and rack switching layer. This is being done to make traffic handling and failover behaviour more consistent across the network.

During the window there may be brief packet loss or short drops in connectivity while gateway changes are applied. We expect any disruption to be brief, however the full 1 hour window has been allocated for contingency.

No customer-side changes are required.

We’ll post an update when the work starts and again once it’s complete.
